My work centralises on a beautiful idea and my lived experience.

That is, that being human, not despite our pain but inclusive of it,

is a tender beautiful invitation to be and to become in widening circles of ease and wisdom.

I believe that ease is a life’s work and play. And wisdom is inevitable in a life lived with attention.

To foster ease and wisdom requires presence, tenacious honesty and the listening sensitivity of the poet.

As I see it, they both require equal measures of rest, patience, play and action.

As well as art, story, dance and belonging.

This I aim to meet in my work in group settings and one to one.
