“We can tune the instruments of our body to orchestrate melodies that deepen even the breath of gods” - Juliette McConachy

I’m interested in how I can know this compartment of consciousness we call a body or soma, in all its layers and systems and patterns of growth, to discover how to resource absolutely anything that exists within the universe (the macrocosm) from within my own microcosmic experience.

In this two part workshop we explore our skeletal structure and our glandular system as a resource for the experience of support, growth and belonging, it is a deepening of a conversation we all embody which we may headline simply as Maturity.

In the words of David Whyte

“ Maturity is the ability to live fully and equally in multiple contexts; most especially, the ability to courageously inhabit the past the present and the future all at once; the wisdom that comes from maturity is recognised through a disciplined refusal to choose between or isolate three powerful dynamics shaping human identity: what has already happened, what is happening now and what is about to occur.”

Part one:  Our skeletal structure; An exploration in re-imagining our structural form and function. Embodying the listening liquid life of our bones as the family tree that maps our belonging back to the belly of the sea.

Part two:  Our endocrine glands; Meet the star studded central channel that homes our endocrine glands. Like lamps that light the night sky of the inner body, our glands are the Kaitiaki of safety, growth and whole body/being harmony.

Learn to connect the dots of the glands with the frame of your bones to support the dreaming you are into fluid motion.
